For more than 40 years, dog and cat owners from around North Canton, OH have depended on Promway Kennels to provide caring, attentive boarding services for their beloved animal companions.
While you’re away, it’s our goal to offer a safe, secure, and enjoyable temporary home for your pet. We make sure your dog or cat has access to fresh water and healthy food, and receives plenty of time for exercise and fresh air. Our canine guests are allowed outside on their patios 5 to 6 times a day, in addition to morning and evening bathroom/play breaks outside on our large, grassy, secure yard.
We provide Purina for dogs, but you are welcome to supply your own food and treats. We also offer orthopedic fleece beds, but you can bring your own bedding.
Relaxing music is played in the kennel, and we provide our guests with a special “tuck-in” service, featuring evening time on the patio, and then a special treat at their 10 p.m. bedtime.
Our facility features an attached apartment so an employee can be on site 24/7.
(Your pet will be taken outside for individual attention and exercise several times daily.)
We also offer day care services between 6:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. for $25.00
We bill the same as hotels; charges are by the night. You are charged for the day your pet arrives. If you pick up and check-out your pet by 11 a.m., you are not charged for that day.
* Please note that Sunday afternoon is charged the same as Monday morning. We are open Sunday as a convenience to you.

Vaccinations
Please bring your pet’s vaccination record when you come in. For the safety of our guests and employees, we require that your pet’s vaccinations be up-to-date, specifically
- Dogs are Required to have Rabies, DHLP and Bordetella.
- Cats are Required to have Rabies, and FVRCP.
We will not accept pets for boarding within the first 4 days after receiving Bordetella. We recommend vaccinations be given at least 2 weeks before boarding.
